8 PEOPLE WITH NOT MORE THAN 6 ADULTS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE COTTAGE RENTAL AGENCY TO PROTECT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. The first two weeks of November are available for the rifle deer hunt but there is a maximum of 4 people, 2 vehicles and 2 trailers.

Lots to see , end of sept. is best Biking-good trails for the mountain biker, right out the back door Canoeing-5 miles of lake with 4 sets of narrows, low traffic lake, 5 miles long, 100 cottages Snorkeling-good snorkeling for kids , small fish come right in although water is naturally slightly tea stained Fishing-Lakers, smallies, perch, rockies, bullhead, burbot, surrounding backwoods lakes have brookies, bass , splake Hiking-endless hiking, many trails with deadfall (prevents atv passage) Sailing-sure, why not. the narrows and long lake would make it interesting BYOB (bring your own boat) Waterskiing-sure but probably best at top end where there is a little bigger lake area BYOB (bring your own boat) Windsurfing-yes, is pretty low boat traffic at our end BYOB (bring your own board) Ice Fishing-right out front, catch small lakers, perch and bullhead Skating-beautiful skating for the kids, but be prepared to do a bit of shovelling if the rink hasnt been used in awhile Snowmobiling- phenomenal, beautiful trails, in the hub of the algonquin area trails with many day trip loop possibilities, gas close by (bring your own sled). Trail is 1.7 km up road or runs past the cottage out front on the lake. Please stay on the trails and dont litter, this is your land. ATVing- ATVing in spring and fall is freaking amazing , you wont believe all the unmarked , unmapped , crown land trails, GPS required (bring your own ATV) trails right out back door, no need to trailer your bikes around, just hop on your bike and go.
